By the time I tried 4 times to enter my account number I was ticked off, I thought I was going to have a heart attack...same thing..."I'm sorry that is not a valid account number...YOU MUST ENTER A VALID ACCOUNT NUMBER".....REALLY???? That's what I trying to do....I hung up and called my local bank....nope I didn't need to change anything......weird.....HATE AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEMS....I'm going to use lower case letters, now!
